Precision Die Manufacturing & Production Service

Equipped with complete high-precision CNC machining, grinding and EDM equipment, we complete full-process manufacturing of all types of stamping molds strictly following ISO9001 quality standards. From raw material incoming inspection, rough machining, finish machining, assembly to trial stamping testing, every procedure is under strict quality control. We can also custom-produce all kinds of die spare parts according to customers’ drawings, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and stable running performance of finished dies.

Die Trial, Testing & Technical Support Service

After die assembly, we conduct full stamping trial production and performance testing in our factory to adjust clearance, feeding structure and stacking mechanism until products fully meet your standards.
